My first 8 mile run!🏃🏽‍♀️☀️🌊

WOW THAT WAS HARD!🥵 this was the farthest I’ve ever ran in my life and I crushed it! I’ve been wanting to try an 8 mile run for a while and today I decided to do it and it was totally worth it. Miles 1-4 were pretty easy going and miles 5 and 6 was when I started to really feel my legs. After I hit mile 6 I could feel the fatigue coming in hot and mile 7 was hard but do able. Mile 8 was probably the most mentally tough, my lungs were fine but my legs were screaming. Definitely pushed myself for the better and I can’t wait to try it again next week!
