## Caption

We may not be in the zone of totality today, but we still have awesome astronomical news: BYU professor Jani Radebaugh now has a minor planet named after her!

The namesake is a nod to her research in planetary science, including a role on the science team for NASA’s upcoming Dragonfly mission.

Video by byuvideo . Thanks to nasa and nasajpl for additional footage.
