## Caption

This drill was inspired by a sightline / post to post drill my very good friend hc_traktor petergoaliecoach shared a few months ago that he was using to warm his goalkeepers up. The first rep is done without a puck, as the goaltender is to focus on the stick blade, weight transfer, and, just overall, feel sharp and balanced. The second rep is a pass to a post it up forward that has no passing options and may stuff on either side. The third part includes a stuff or passing option.
