In this podcast episode, Matthias shares his journey of overcoming adversity, from navigating an Individualized Education Program (IEP) and losing all of his football scholarship offers, to becoming a leading figure in the fitness influencer world, being signed by Vitamin Shop, and establishing his own gym. We emphasize the importance of mastering one skill to become someone capable of mastering multiple endeavors, while also acknowledging that what you do doesn’t define you. Matthias shares his journey of opening his gym during the pandemic, while I share how my brand and the motto “No Days Off” came to be. Additionally, I share my personal advice on how to “balance” a relationship while also becoming your best self.
