I was elated to receive this recognition during my chapter’s Annual May Week Luncheon honoring retirees and 25 & 50 year members. Since my initiation into the sorority (Fall 1987, Lambda Zeta), I have made every effort to work to uphold my commitment to sisterhood, service, scholarship and social action. I am humbled to receive this award as a representation of the collective work of the dedicated members of the Mobile Alumnae Chapter who work tirelessly in our community to implement our national initiatives. I am thankful for the opportunities afforded to me to work in Delta on the local, regional and national levels. Thank you to my chapter president, Roxanne Hannon-Odom, for giving me the opportunity to serve this past year as parliamentarian and co-chair of the Alabama State Cluster. My heart is overjoyed to receive this prestigious honor and to join a group of phenomenal Mobile Alumnae women who have been recognized as Delta of the Year! To God Be the Glory! The work of Delta continues and I am here for it! #lambdazetamade #award #recognition #thankful #forwardwithfortitude southerndst1913 ## Stats - **Views:** 0 - **Likes:** 79 - **Shares:** 0 - **Comments:** 0 ## Tags thankful, award, lambdazetamade, recognition, forwardwithfortitude --- Copyright (c) Gondola
