WHY behind the YOU?

You’re supposed to “find” yourself in college, but as student athletes we continue to develop our identity as an “Athlete” 

It’s nobody’s fault, but the structure and commitment it takes to be a college athlete doesn’t allow for much “Self-Reflection”

As a former athlete (physically) and an always athlete (mentally), I would sign up for it again…

Being a few years removed from college and having some “life experience”, I do wish I had resources that could help me identify WHO I was, WHY I was that way and how to leverage it to accelerate my overall life success.

Regardless of when your athletic career ends, whether it be high school, college or pro figuring out, while in your early 20’s 

How you receive communication and WHY do you receive it that way

How do you express yourself and WHY do you do it in that manner 

WHY do you gravitate to certain interests & people 

WHY, when stressed, do you react the way you do

WHY do you make the choices you make, in the manner you make them

WHY are you better at different tasks than your friends 

WHY do you view money the way you do 

WHY do you limit yourself in the manner you do it

The WHY behind the YOU is the beginning of developing a player, measuring progress, measuring the emotions involved so you can tell the story of you in a compelling way to create and solidify opportunities.
