Ingredients:
• 1 oz elderflower liqueur
• 1 oz soda water
• 4 oz Prosecco
• 4-6 mint leaves
• Lemon
 
Method:
• In a glass filled with ice, gently stir in the elderflower liqueur with the soda water.
• Pour in the Prosecco.
• Gently stir in half the mint leaves and use the rest as a garnish.
• Spritz a lemon wedge into the glass then use it as a garnish.
• Cheers, sip, say “Ahh”.
