Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz. Casamigos Reposado Tequila
- 1.0 oz. Pineapple Juice
- 1⁄2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- 1⁄2 oz. Simple Syrup
- 8 - 10 Cilantro Leaves
- 2 Serrano Slices or 2 Dashes Firewater Bitters
- 1⁄2 Thick Rim Equal Parts Salt/Sugar/Dried Cilantro
- 2 Pineapple Leaves and Serrano Slice

Directions: 
To prepare the drink, first rub the rim of a glass with a lime wheel or wedge, then dip it into a salt mixture. Next, combine all the ingredients in a tin shaker. Using a muddler, crush the serrano peppers and cilantro. Then, add ice to the shaker and shake it vigorously. Finally, use a fine mesh strainer to pour the drink into the rimmed rocks glass. Add fresh ice and garnish as desired.
