## Caption

I adopted 2 new habits this year:

1. Morning walks to start the day. I DO NOT wake up at 5 or 6am BUT I do get about 5,000 steps in, some fresh air, and this particular morning I lucked up on these cherry blossoms.

2. Walking into small coffee shops asking the barista about where their beans come from to see if it’s a country I’ve visited. A few trips to South America and all of a sudden I’m an expert 🤓

Luckily my new Thrive mug from camelbak kept my Ecuadorian roast hot as fish grease while I walked along the river and talked some poor lady’s ear off about Arabica vs Robusta #CamelBak
