I had a few free days between my friend Allison’s wedding in Maryland and Trail Days in Southwest Virginia, so of course I had to make a stop by my old favorite hike from when I lived in Washington, DC - Old Rag Mountain in Shenandoah National Park! This isn’t just a hike; it’s often a rock scramble! It’s great fun and was a little harder than I remembered. I better get back to the climbing gym soon!
