My Appalachian Trail memoir, “Where the Rhododendrons Bloom,” comes out in just a week! I wish I could go back and tell my younger self from 10 years ago, who was suffering through a horrendous back injury, that I’d bounce back to hike the AT from Georgia to Maine, move to Colorado and spend my free time backpacking, hiking, climbing, and paddleboarding, then get possessed to write a memoir about my AT experience. I just can’t imagine how thrilled and proud that young woman would be. I guess sometimes we have to suffer and make it to the other side to really understand and appreciate what we’ve got and how amazing life/ the world can be. 💖 Anyway, find my memoir in ebook and paperback on Amazon and Kindle starting February 8!
