90% of our thoughts are unconscious, and much of them are negative. It’s only natural – we worry, we get upset. But our emotions aren’t what’s happening to us, they’re the story we tell ourself about what’s happening to us. When we lean into the negative or when we don’t have the skills to fight them off, that leads to stress. ⁠
