As this year's graduate assistants for Endicott’s beloved student-run applied and experiential classroom La Chanterelle, Nick Giunta ’23 and Alivia Burke ’23 are working as a team to give each a customer a dinner to remember. With the 30th anniversary of the restaurant on the horizon, the two are setting their standards even higher to provide top-notch service.
