🌟 Yesterday was a heartwarming day at Jefferson Elementary! Our Executive Director Mark and Resource Coordinator Mariia shared with third graders about how they can play a pivotal role in welcoming refugees to our community. Mariia herself a refugee from Ukraine shared her journey to Spokane, and kids loved hearing an insightful story from Mariia. Together, we're fostering a community where everyone feels welcomed and valued. Thank you, Jefferson Elementary School, for inviting us! 💛💚💙
