🦠 Tetanus is caused by the bacterium 𝙘𝙡𝙤𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙙𝙞𝙪𝙢 𝙩𝙚𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙞, which is commonly found in soil, dust, and manure. The bacteria produce a toxin called 𝙩𝙚𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙤𝙨𝙥𝙖𝙨𝙢𝙞𝙣, which affects the nervous system, leading to symptoms such as muscle stiffness and spasms.
