I loved my last infrared sauna session before my facial at Glo Aesthetics & Boutique so much, I had to come back for another! 

The healing benefits of the sauna really help with pain and inflammation, especially after all my body has been through. Nothing is better and a good sweat & it helps me get rid of the toxins that build up in my body so my skin looks super fresh and I feel so relaxed when I’m done. 

If you know me you know I’ll never skip shopping their boutique area for some of their extra cute finds before I head out. 🤩 I highly recommend you try the infrared sauna at Glo make sure to check it out!
