I celebrated Cinco de Mayo at Urbe over the weekend and this is how it went. Y’all know I love any Hugo Ortega restaurant but Urbe has a special place in my heart. Their Mexico-inspired street dishes are amazing and their weekend brunch has it all! Conchas, fruta, chilaquiles, tamales, TODO. It’s the best time to try a little bit of something and I cannot recommend it enough. Espero que lo visiten y me cuenten en los comentarios cuál es su platillo favorito.
