My broadcasting career started to take off once I started prioritizing my mental health, and it’s not a coincidence. Understanding how (and how much) mental health affects my daily life was just the start.

It’s a constant work in progress. Some days I feel like I’m on top of the world, and other days I struggle. But that’s okay, because…I AM HUMAN.
