SpaceVIP has teamed up with Danish culinary expert Rasmus Munk to craft a menu for a six-hour expedition above the planet via a space balloon. The cost is nearly $500,000 per individual.

“Adventurers will climb 100,000 feet above sea level,” SpaceVIP shared, “where they will dine as they watch the sunrise over the Earth’s curvature.

The craft, designed to host six patrons, is scheduled for its initial journey next year.
