An 8kg competition PR to close out the session. 

2024 Uni Nationals saw me going 100/145/245 and setting my heaviest openers to date. I love this program, lindenwoodweightlifting and the_crain_train_ have been nothing short of amazing in the progress for both the development as an athlete and a team in general.
