Arnie has a collection of plates from the famed Tuesday Masters Champions dinners (just one, pictured), but he celebrated his first win in ’58 more modestly, as he wrote in his autobiography:

“My parents weren’t there to enjoy this breakthrough moment, and even the galleries had pretty well dispersed by the time I went off to fetch the Chrysler. A group of us, including several people from Wilson Sporting Goods, drove downtown to the Town Tavern for an impromptu victory dinner.”
