Have you noticed yourself functioning on auto pilot?  I’m here to tell you that you aren’t the only one. These past few months, I found myself hustling nonstop and not allowing myself to rest or enjoy the little moments. This took a toll on my mental health and increased my depression but I’ve been able to turn it around. It’s time to focus less on simply surviving and more on enjoying life while attaining your goals in a healthy way!
