Yesterday, with immense pride and gratitude, COEHS had the honor of presenting the prestigious 2024 Gladys Prior Awards for Career Teaching Excellence on behalf of philanthropist Gilchrist Berg. We had the joy of surprising four exceptional teachers from Jacksonville with this esteemed recognition. This year, each recipient was awarded a new high of $17,000, marking it as one of the largest monetary awards for teachers nationwide.
