The Boise area is home to numerous local outdoor markets that support local agriculture, artisans, and the economy. There are so many more than what's listed below, but here are some favorites closest to where you live. 

🥕 Boise Farmers Market 
boisefarmersmarket is a food-centric and agriculturally-based market with 95% of the market reserved for local agriculture or food vendors. The market is focused on locally grown foods sold by the farmer, and specialty on-site food vendors, with all goods sold at the Boise Farmers Market being grown or made by the local producer. Many vendors sell out quickly so plan to get there early.

🥕 Capital City Public Market
The capitalcitypublicmarket started way back in 1994 and is currently in its 29th season! This farmer's and artist's market is full of locally-made art, crafts, and food. The market takes place in The Grove Plaza in downtown Boise, running from mid-April through Mid-December from 9:30am - 1:30pm.

🥕 Meridian Main Street Market

Established in 2002, the Eagle Saturday Market is a handmade market located in downtown Eagle, Idaho in Heritage Park. You'll find an array of arts and crafts along with local produce, herbs and flowers, woodwork, specialty food items, and fresh food. Enjoy live local musicians and community members coming together to support local micro-producers. The market is open on Saturdays from 9am - 2 pm.
