Look at this beautiful forest and river! The Knasaimos Indigenous People in Southwest Papua, Indonesia, are fighting to protect their land –its forest, river, and biodiversity– from companies intending to destroy it for logging and palm oil plantations. 

Biodiversity worldwide is under attack by investors chasing profits at any cost. Governments must prioritise nature over profit, for the sake of people and our planet.
