For World Rum Day we're putting the spotlight on a very special rum from the shelves of Chandelier Bar.

The appletonestate1749 Jamaica Independence Reserve rum is a very special blend of 50 Year Old Rum celebrating the 50th Anniversary of Jamaica's Independence. 

Tasting notes include rich vanilla, cinnamon, maple and citrus leading to a silky palate defined by a honeyed oak finish. 

Only 800 bottles of this rum have been created worldwide making it very rare, with only 15 available here in Australia.
