Fun facts about this guy for #PigeonWeek:
🪶Pigeons and doves come from the same family.
🪶 Pink-headed Fruit Doves are a very shy species, making them a bit tougher to spot in the National Aviary’s Wetlands habitat.
🪶They lay a single egg during breeding season. 
🪶Like many dove and pigeon species, the male incubates the egg during the day, and the female incubates overnight.
