fithitofficial is a gym focused on self-defense and teaching real fighting skills

FIT HIT offers a FREE Women’s Self Defense Seminar. You will learn the basics of Krav Maga in this beginner friendly class from experienced instructors, plus you will learn about:

- Current important trends and changes in Manhattans Sexual Assault data
- How, when and where to strike
- Escape dangerous positions taken directly from recent sexual assault cases in NYC
- Increase awareness and “street smarts”

I attended this class a few weeks ago led by tatiana.kf. I learned a lot, got a workout in and had fun too. Highly recommend this eye opening & informative class for all women in NYC!
