Our farm hosted its first gorgeous wedding this past weekend at Fritz & Frieda’s Farmhouse, a farmhouse located on the back side of our property. This resilient couple was affected by covid-19. Their original date, March 28 southcongresshotel,  was in the midst of the shutdown.

It wasn’t the wedding we originally planned, but it was more perfect than I could’ve imagined. We are so thankful for everyone who came together over the past three weeks to make something incredibly special for us. Thankful for sunsets and sweet kisses. Thankful to be surrounded by our closest family and friends to celebrate love and life and laughter. Hallelujah, love is real “

They are still hopeful to have their full reception in Austin in July. In the meantime, our farm became the option for the ceremony. The weather was perfect and the sunset 🌅 didn’t disappoint. Congratulations Chris and Taryn!! You  two already know what it is to be a couple and to rise up to adversity!!
