Juan Island, a member of BAC Local 23 OH/WV/KY/MD, earned his welding certification last year at our International Masonry Institute training center and recently returned for a refractory course. 

“I've come to appreciate that no matter how experienced you are, without proper training, you'll always be at a disadvantage," brother Island said.
