🐿 WHY ‘SQUIRREL’??
No, our last name is NOT Squirrel, 😂. squirrelmusttravel came about because Evan calls me, ‘Baby Squirrel’ — as I race frantically across the street, fidget, am excitable, nibble on food, and forget where I stashed my treats.... so yah, it fits, 😂.

🗺 HOW DID WE MEET? 
It’s true… late night tacos! Hey, when in San Diego, right? We still call San Diego home, and splurge on tacos once a week 😋.

🥾 ALWAYS BEEN HIKERS?
Heck no, lol 🙅🏻‍♀️! I randomly purchased my first water/hiking shoes on a clearance rack hours before I met Evan (at the taco shop). Nine days later, Evan convinced me to road trip 36 hours to Colorado, and on the way, I clawed my way up #AngelsLanding 😮. It’s now our favorite way to spend quality time, with each other and friends!

🚙 Do you TRAVEL FULL TIME?
NOPE, weekend warriors over here! We both have full time jobs that we’re lucky enough to enjoy — Ange in higher ed 👩🏻‍💻 and Evan in quality control👷🏽. In 2020 squirrelmusttravel continued to be a fun hobby, and also became a side business! 📸 We LOVE to adventure outdoors, share experiences, and connect with like-minded friends. Insta is not all bad—just don’t go down dark rabbit holes 😉.
