Let’s be honest—finding restaurants & snacks while traveling in remote areas is a pain! They’re often super overpriced and lack healthy options… especially when relying on the “convenient” store outside a National Park 😑.

Tips to Save Time, Money, and Eat Healthier! 👍 
•
1️⃣ PLAN MEALS 
Make a grocery list that includes meals + easy snacks and fresh fruit & veggies. Honey Crisp Apples and Cuties (small oranges 🍊) are our fav. 
•
2️⃣ COOKING ESSENTIALS
These items are always in our travel kitchen: small olive oil; reusable plate; sporks; thin flexible cutting mat; jetboil for hot water; pocket rocket flame; one pan/pot; small 🔪 knife (YES you can fly with it in a checked bag when securely wrapped!); reusable rticoutdoors mugs for cocktails & coffee.

3️⃣FLAVOR BOOSTERS 
Add hot sauce and olive olive to squeezable containers! Small (3 oz.) bottles aren’t just for shampoos/conditioners. For spices, ‘Everything But the Bagel’, cumin, and red pepper flakes are always in our travel kitchen.

4️⃣COOLER 
Even at a hotel you don’t want to cram everything into a mini fridge— and it’s not convenient on the go!
