I’m guilty of creating detailed spreadsheets 😆🙋🏻‍♀️. And as much as I love the planning process, there’s MAGIC in the moments (or days) when you just let go and let the open road unfold… 🚙 ✨

On our Scotland road trip we left 2 days totally unplanned (and it made me nervous, TBH 🙈😆). But taking the unplanned route led to the most incredible detours and discoveries…

🌲 Cairngorms National Park - a perfect 1-2 day road trip from Edinburgh or Glasgow. 
•
🗺 Within the park, ‘hunt for Cairns’, and say your greetings to the 👑. 
•
Note: from the 🏰 parking lot, it’s a 2-3 mile trek to uncover the pyramid in the woods. Totally worth the 🥾, we thought! 
•
