Last year we learned the importance of disconnecting and sharing quality time 🙏🏼. So this year, for the 2nd Thanksgiving in a row, we went to our happy place—Joshua Tree National Park.

Here’s what you need to know (SAVE for Future Adventures)— 
•
⛺️ CAMP 4 FREE. At the Park’s south entrance is open dispersed camping. You’ll find tents, vans, RV’s —even on crowded weekends you can spread out and be respectful of your neighbors. If you’re not familiar, ‘dispersed’ ⛺️ means you can park & camp anywhere—as long as you pack out everything you pack in ♻️.

🥾 Sunset Spot—‘Mastadon Peak’ is a 2.3 mile loop near the campsite. You’ll score an epic view of the Salton Sea! DON’T forget your headlamp to safely return—It gets dark by 4:30pm in winter so we always have our rechargeable BIOLITE. SWIPE to see 🤩.

🎫Don’t have a park pass or have a 🐶?—Head east to ‘Mecca’. Search alltrails to find fun slot canyon hikes 🥾. 
•
🔥Returning to a cozy campfire is our fav part of winter adventures. And with a self-contained BIOLITE FirePit you can safely set up (mostly) anywhere 🙏🏼. We cook on the grill, make s’mores, & stay warm all evening ☺️. Link to their holiday sale in our stories! 🎄#ad
