Howdy, my name is Jason Potthoff and I’m the head coach of Milwaukee Tennis! This fall I’ll be starting my third season with the Panthers, and my fifteenth year as a tennis coach. Previously, I’ve worked at Texas A&M, Missouri, and Houston, as well as a few years at the John Newcombe Tennis Academy.

I was born and raised in Texas, but the community of people I work with at Milwaukee Athletics has made Milwaukee feel like home. Everyone here works so hard and we’re all dedicated to providing an environment of excellence for our Milwaukee student-athletes, alumni, and Panther supporters. 
The best thing about my job is that I get to work with the talented, brilliant, and dedicated ladies of the MKE_Tennis team! They have bought in to all aspects of being great teammates, fierce competitors, and outstanding students...as well just being an extremely fun group of girls to be around! 
When the team returns in the fall we’ll continue to work towards the goal of a Horizon League Title, and the ladies will undoubtedly continue their dominance in the classroom. Until then, I’ll be preparing for the season, doing some recruiting, and enjoying the amazing Milwaukee summer weather with my wife, Megan, and our dog, Penny. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to coach this incredible team, and I’m proud to be a Panther! #MeetUsMonday
