Today is #InternationalChefsDay, and we are proud to announce Luis Lopez Medina as our new Research & Development (R&D) Chef at Daiya. Bringing fifteen years of experience to the role, chef_luislopez's role will include developing exciting new #menu creations to support #restaurants and operators in seamlessly integrating plant-based options to their menus! 💚

With plant-based #food sales expected to hit $75 billion in 2027, there is an enormous opportunity for Foodservice outlets to expand their offerings with the right #recipes and dishes…enter Chef Luis! 👨‍🍳
