It took me 2 years, but I officially hit 80 pounds lost!! ... lots of ups and downs, but the one thing that has always been consistent is that I never gave up. No matter how frustrated I got or how long it was going to take, I still showed up every day. (Which was easy, when you have a gym like f45meridiansouth to go to... THE most positive and supportive people you will come across. ❤❤❤) All the stretch marks and loose skin is worth it if I never have to feel like I did in that picture on the left again....And on that note, on to my next goal!! 💪💪💪
