Our #WCW goes out to this group of elite ladies. Why is this group so special??? Here are just 5 of the reasons!

1️⃣ They have been in your shoes. They have been on their own weight loss/fitness journeys and understand the struggles. They have lacked confidence and had real-life driving motivations, just like we all do.
2️⃣ Their form is on point 👌🏼 they will follow you to make sure yours is too!!
3️⃣ They celebrate modifications. They know when it’s really needed. But, when it’s not...they will...(see number 4)
4️⃣ Push You To Lift Heavier! We aren’t letting anyone out of here without kicking butt & taking names!
5️⃣ They are gorgeous! And we are not stating the obvious! Each one of these women have a beautiful heart and they truly care about you and your success. As quoted by Christine, “I want to get to know them, their families, their likes and interests. I want to build a “gym team” who become family 💗”
