SYLMAR 8-17-21: A man was struck and then dragged by a vehicle in a collision. The driver of the car pulled the man back out from under the vehicle, and then left the scene, leaving the pedestrian struck there to die. LAPD is investigating the incident, which is now a felony hit and run.
