🚦When traffic signals are flashing red or are without power, California Vehicle Code section 21457(a) states that. "When a red lens is illuminated with rapid intermittent flashes, a driver shall stop at a clearly marked limit line, but if none, before entering the crosswalk on the near side of the intersection." 

🚦Remember to treat an intersection with a malfunctioning traffic signal just like a stop sign. Slow down and pay attention to your surroundings. #ThousandOaksPD #TrafficTuesday #vcso
