Wildcat Wednesday😼 The last Wildcat Wednesday goes to ashley_petr🥳 Ashley is a 5th year senior from Hastings, Nebraska who came to K-State after transferring from D2 University of Nebraska-Kearney🌽 Ashley is a discus and now retired hammer, weight, and occasional shot put thrower💪 She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science, and got two certificates in Beef Cattle Ranch Management, and Meat Science! 🥩🐄 Ashley is a 2x National Qualifier in the discus throw, a 9x Big XII Medalist, currently sits #3 in the discus, #9, in the hammer, and #8 in the weight on the K-State ALL-TIME TOP TEN list🏆🏅 Some SUPER FUN FACTS about Ashley: she LOVES to bake, even makes wedding cakes on occasion🍰 AND once accidentally saved a 9.88m discus throw at Texas Relays(can still be seen on her K-State Bio)😅 Watch for Ashley at Nationals and go give her a follow!🤩
