As a Peer Career Guide, Nidhi meets with students both virtually and in-person to help students with their resumes, cover letters, and connecting with employers. ⁠

Nidhi recommends that students should "start going to the Career Fairs as a freshman. Get a feel for how they work and how to start connecting with employers!" Additionally, "get to know your professors! They have a lot of connections within the industry that they can help you get in touch with." ⁠
