Erika is a Junior majoring in Management in the College of Business. Unfortunately, her initial internship was canceled due to COVID-19, but that did not stop her from launching a baking business.🎂 She says her favorite part of the experience is using her strengths to bring joy to her clients. ⁠

Erika says, "One tip that I have for those looking to pivot during this COVID season is to not forget your purpose. Use this time to reflect on what makes you excited, what motivates you, and what makes life meaningful for YOU. Find creative ways in which you can live out your values and share it with others. Time is a precious treasure that many of us have at this time—use it wisely and let it be fruitful!"⁠
