Within 48 hours of the fair, reach out to the recruiters you connected with, anyone with whom you had a positive and promising conversation.
Your follow-up should include:
- A thank you note via email
- A LinkedIn connection request
- An online application if applicable
- Any other next steps discussed, i.e., requesting an interview through Handshake, contacting their Human Resources department, etc.
Few students follow-up after the fair. Stand out by being the one who does!
