Ya girl is back on the track! Feeling more and more like myself every week. 💪🏼 
An important part of my mental prep for a workout is… braiding my hair. 
It might seem silly to some, but IYKYK. Look good feel good!
I created #fastbraidfriday as a way to celebrate how doing something as simple as putting a braid in your hair can make you FEEL faster. And in case you haven’t heard, how do you feel about yourself, the mental conversations you have with yourself, even your posture as you go into something hard (like a track workout) matters a LOT.
