There’s always a picture being painted for you, but it’s how you interpret it, which is what matters most…💭 

P.O.V : 
Team has day off in preparation for their tourney this week so only rehab team is training, it’s a public holiday and it’s pissing down raining outside. 

My P.O.V : 
Can’t wait to watch my sisters play this week, every phase/session counts towards me earning my spot back out on that field next to these amazing ladies,  public holiday means tamas at home to watch the kids while I train, how good! We train for all types of footy, no matter if it’s wet or sunny we ready! Grateful for my first day of “running fast” post surgery🙏

Phase three: return to training - 4 weeks 🚀
Phase four: return to perform- 4 weeks ⏳
