Life update😊. 

What an incredible two weeks it has been. Life has been busy and so much fun. Training for my next 100 miler but have also been traveling a lot and my kiddos finished 5th grade and 8th grade and so are now officially on summer break. 

What I've been up to:
First it was Ogden for Altra. I did a talk and shake out run at fleetfeet with all the wonderful  people taking on the Ogden Marathon. A beautiful run up Malans peak that literally took my breath away😂. Thanks runwithtara and Kai for being our tour guide. Then I did my first ever axe throwing. It's harder than it looks and I totally sucked 🤦😂.

I then went off to Denver for an Altra Athlete Summit. I finally got to meet my team mates and we got to do a tour around the Altra offices and see what's coming next, obviously I can't share that yet as it's top secret😜. We also had a fun team building event playing bocce ball. Another first for me and being on the team with some badass women meant our team won💪. 

Next week I'm off to the UK for a few days. I've not been back in 8 years so I'm so excited to see my friends. Then off to South Africa and haven't been back to SA in over 10 years. I bet a lot has changed. 

In between this I'm training for Yeti 100 miler in September, Javelina 100k in October and ATY 200 miler in December😂

I sure am living life to the fullest.
