Benched 265lbs/120kg ✅

This prep has not been an easy one. I was recently diagnosed with OCD and have been struggling to even get to the gym some days. Despite the challenges I have faced this prep, I was able to show up and give my best. Mental health does NOT define your worth or your ability to achieve greatness. It is a bump in the road, but luckily I have car insurance lol.
