7x1200 @ intensive threshold pace (4:07➡️3:52)
4x200 @ speedy but not digging, ya know? (Guess the pace and I’ll reveal the splits muhahaha) 
200m jog rest between every rep 

Track days are very fun days, and this was no exception. Only issue is I haven’t done any fast track work since March, so these 200’s felt sooo aggressive 😂
