Hiking used to be “cross training”, but now it’s just training and that makes me very very happy. 

A few other things that make me happy: 
1) archmdz and I did a hike and only one of us was bleeding at the top so I’ll let you draw your own conclusions 
2) taking selfies after every xt sesh as if I’m not doing the same thing tomorrow 
3) running in the rain 😍
4) the boys 🤗
5) a good ole rock scramble 
6) Georgie playing ball boy 😂
